When you purchase a product from me, you are supporting a small business.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. That way I can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will need to send me a photo of the item in question to help process a refund or replacement.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused and unwashed and in the same condition you received it.
Your item needs to have the receipt, order number or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your returned item after inspection.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive your refund within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuer’s policy.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The customer will be charged a restocking fee of $5.00 for any unopened products in original condition.
Downloadable fonts are not returnable with the following exceptions:
If a font is defective and you tell us within 10 days, we will either provide a replacement that works or refund your money.
If you purchase the wrong version of a font and tell us within 7 days, we will switch your order to the correct version at no charge.
